This was a seven day observational nature journalling challenge to look out of the same window at roughly the same time of day, sky gaze and draw or paint what you see.
I was lucky with my timings. A very cold start to 2026 led to some amazing skies and light snowfall. This was soon followed by Storm Goretti, who brought snow in the east of the British Isles, though only sleet and rain here. But we did have some very low night time temperatures.
